Since Disney + began broadcasting ‘The Mandalorian’ it has been rained with praise. Its sixties air, equal to the original trilogy directed by George Lucas, its atmosphere of a space western, an interstellar adventure movie and its expansion of the world of ‘Star Wars’ has made even the most disenchanted with its charms succumb the last trilogy. The ‘baby yoda’ became a phenomenon from the first image and conquered the hearts of all, even before the premiere of the series and any aspect of ‘The Mandalorian’ was known. But even he has suffered his evolution. His tender appearance and jovial character reveal a not so kind part of his personality. Jon Favreau’s series has reconciled fans with ‘Star Wars’ and accomplished something virtually impossible in the age of social media. The verdict is unanimous: the series is a marvel. All these charms have been exacerbated in ‘The Jedi’, the fifth chapter of the second season puts on the board the central axis of the mythology of ‘Star Wars’: the Force and the dichotomy between the light side and the dark side . On the other hand, the introduction of Ahsoka Tano in the first scene – like that, without anesthesia – is reminiscent of Kylo Ren’s entrance in ‘The Rise of Skywalker’, amid mist and bare trees.
